Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert, also known as “CDRE”,  is a program based in Southern California hosted by the Ilumni Institute. This program offers the most intense divorce real estate training available to Realtors. I was selected to be apart of this program because of my aptitude in real estate and passion for helping divorcing families. I have successfully completed 40 hours immersion training, a 6 month apprenticeship, and continued training with the nations leading real estate experts, family law attorneys, judges and lending professionals. 

CDRE is a complimentary service where I provide my real estate expertise to you, or to your firm regarding real estate matters that may affect family law cases. I am here to provide you with tools such as property profiles, deeds and market values. In addition to this, I am also trained to serve as a neutral expert who can handle the sale of real property in family law cases as an unbiased 3rd party. Many areas of law have experts to handle custody, finance, support and a variety of other situations, but until the introduction of CDRE, there hasn’t been a true expert for real property issues.

The home is often the most emotional and expensive piece of the puzzle in a divorce and the average realtor doesn’t have divorce specific training.
